For the right adjuster, this opportunity offers a clear division of responsibilities. You build relationships and handle the on-site work. When you submit a complete file through our software, Surfside’s claims team manages the estimating, carrier communication, and negotiation process. You can keep building your pipeline while each claim moves forward with support from a dedicated team.
What you will do
- Generate your own leads and sign clients at their properties.
- Inspect the loss, prepare a detailed scope, and take thorough photos.
- Upload the signed documents, scope, photos, and supporting information as a complete field file through our software.
- Communicate professionally with clients and submit files promptly.
What the Surfside claims team handles
After receiving your complete field file, our team prepares and sends Letters of Representation, writes estimates, submits estimates and Proofs of Loss, communicates with the carrier, negotiates the loss, and follows through on payment. This support is designed to let you concentrate on business development and inspections without carrying the entire claims process on your own.
Who should apply
We are looking for public adjusters with an active license in good standing in each state where they work. You should have at least three years of public adjusting experience or more than 300 claims personally signed. You should also have a proven ability to generate leads independently and sign clients, strong scoping and photography skills, and a consistent approach to submitting thorough files on time.
This opportunity is for experienced, licensed public adjusters. We are not accepting apprentices for this role.

We are recruiting in Florida and other states. Opportunities outside Florida depend on applicable licensing and Surfside’s service availability.
